Height instead of floor area

On a patio, floor space is precious – and the tall format turns that constraint into an advantage. On a compact footprint the cabinet grows upwards and creates room on several levels: the hose reel and the toolbox at the bottom, watering accessories and small items in the middle, the rarely used things at the top. Everything stands ready at the patio and no longer has to be fetched from cellar or garage. And because the cabinet is lockable, tools and anything valuable are safely stowed as well. The vertical layout has a side benefit: every level stays visible at a glance, so nothing sinks to the bottom of a deep box, never to be found again.

Completely care-free thanks to HPL by Trespa

The body is clad in HPL (high-pressure laminate) by Trespa – which makes the cabinet completely care-free. No tiresome impregnating, sanding or painting, and yet it can stand outside all year round: weatherproof, UV-resistant, frost-proof. The radiant white does not yellow in the sun and does not turn dull; if the surface gets dirty, a garden hose and a cloth are enough. The material is calculated for a service life of around 50 years – this is a one-off purchase, not a maintenance project. While painted timber demands a fresh coat every few seasons, this surface asks for nothing at all.

White on the patio: bright, calm, homely

On patios with light flooring and a light façade, the white body reads like a continuation of the living space outdoors. The closed front with its clear joints stays visually calm, without handles or fittings in view – a piece of furniture in the true sense, which happens to live outside. The impression it makes is one of order even before anything has been tidied away. Guests see a designed patio, not a working corner.

The cabinet is available as a standard model and made to measure – whenever a niche, a projecting wall or a particular ceiling height calls for a special solution. Width, depth and interior layout follow what will actually be stored: deep compartments for bulky equipment, flat ones for small items. The plan starts with your patio, not with a catalogue page. The principle also works one floor up: a more compact version of the same construction organises balconies, where the footprint is even more precious and lockability just as welcome.
