The left-hand section is fitted with variable shelving – flexible space for barbecue accessories, charcoal, garden tools or seat cushions. The arrangement adapts to whatever needs storing: tall compartments for the charcoal sack, shallow ones for utensils and spices. Everything around the barbecue has a fixed, dry place within reach of the table, instead of being fetched from three different corners of house and garden.

HPL by Trespa: colourfast, stable and easy to wipe clean

The cabinet is made from HPL panels (high-pressure laminate) by Trespa. The material remains dimensionally stable and colourfast even under intense UV light, and it shrugs off rain and frost. The robust, closed surface is easy to live with next to a grill: splashes of fat and everyday dirt simply wipe off, and painting or re-treating is never required. The high-quality appearance lasts for years without maintenance – the material is calculated for a service life of around 50 years.

What a grill cabinet has to manage outdoors

A cabinet for a grill has to work harder than any kitchen unit: the surface stands in sun, rain and frost all year, fat and soot are part of normal use, and the grill itself needs clearance and air.
