Through a combination of thermal separation, generous glazing and custom dimensions, we lay the foundation for a fully functional guest house in your own garden. Thanks to flexible depths of up to 500 cm and variable widths, a fully-fledged sleeping area for two people can be easily integrated. Combined with our insulated wall structure and insulated floor system, this creates an indoor climate that ensures your guests enjoy a pleasant stay whatever the season.

The basic system provides the ideal framework for implementing technical installations according to your requirements: the design allows sufficient space for a compact kitchen unit, which can be installed on site. With appropriate preparation of the foundations, a shower and toilet can be retrofitted on site – our wall structure is optimised to accommodate on-site pipework. What serves as a guest house today can be used as a home office or private gym tomorrow – the basic structure remains flexible and retains its value. When laying the foundations, please ensure the necessary waste water and water connections are included to avoid the need for chiselling work later on.
