This anthracite-coloured bin enclosure proves that waste disposal doesn’t have to look like a ‘stopgap’ solution, even on a roof terrace. Particularly in densely built-up areas and on terraces with attractive views, a high-quality overall appearance is key: bins disappear from view, the area looks tidy and the terrace retains its high-quality character. Anthracite goes particularly well with modern materials such as stone, metal and glass and has a deliberately understated look without appearing cheap.
Every square metre on the roof is precious. An anthracite-coloured bin storage unit consolidates the waste area within a defined space and prevents bins from being ‘parked’ haphazardly. The result is greater order and less clutter – both visually and in day-to-day use.
