This narrow garden shed in anthracite is located near Merano and cleverly transforms a narrow corner of the plot into storage space. In an environment where garden space is limited, the aim was to create as much storage space as possible without obstructing the usable outdoor area. The narrow garden shed sits flush against the property boundary, leaving the rest of the garden open for a patio, paths and planting.
The sliding door and side window ensure that the garden shed remains easily accessible and sufficiently bright during the day, despite its compact exterior dimensions. Garden tools, folding chairs and accessories are hidden from view, whilst the garden itself remains tidy and clearly organised.
The anthracite finish was a deliberate choice: the dark shade blends in perfectly with the surroundings and looks particularly modern and minimalist against the green of the garden. Thus, the narrow anthracite garden shed blends into the overall picture like an additional structure, without dominating the outdoor area.
Made from HPL, the garden shed is designed for long-term outdoor use – UV-resistant, dimensionally stable and easy to maintain. Particularly in a location like Merano, with plenty of sun and changing weather conditions, the anthracite-coloured surface remains stable over the long term without needing to be painted or regularly treated.
