A special project was realised in Montabaur that shows how functional storage space can be seamlessly integrated into modern building architecture. This exclusive architect-designed garden shed with a flat roof was custom-made to meet the specific requirements of the property. With an impressive width of 500 cm and a depth of 225 cm, the structure offers an enormous amount of space. The clean lines and purist design of the flat roof emphasise the contemporary character of the house and blend harmoniously into the well-tended front garden. The chosen colour scheme in "steel grey" creates an elegant contrast to the light-coloured façade, enhancing the value of the entire property.

Well-thought-out functionality thanks to two separate rooms and sliding doors

A key feature that distinguishes this architect-designed garden shed with a flat roof is the intelligent interior layout. The structure has two separate rooms, each accessible via its own smooth-running sliding door. This layout allows for a strict separation of garden tools, bicycles or other equipment, which makes daily tidying up much easier. The use of high-quality HPL panels not only ensures an extremely weather-resistant and durable surface, but also makes the garden shed absolutely easy to maintain – painting is never necessary. Thanks to precise "Made in Germany" manufacturing and height-adjustable feet, the system could be perfectly adapted to the ground level on site, resulting in an architecturally clean solution that combines design and utility at the highest level.
