In Großwallstadt, two garden sheds were installed as a harmonious ensemble in the pool area. The smaller shed on the left with a hinged door was subsequently used as a small pool toilet – a solution with real added value in summer. The distance to the toilet remains short, the pool area is functionally complemented and, at the same time, the typical problem of walking through the house wet and spreading water around is eliminated. The second garden shed takes on the classic role of storage space for cushions, accessories, cleaning equipment and everything else that needs to be quickly accessible at the pool. The combination creates a clean, tidy pool area that does not look improvised, but is stylishly planned.
This reference also shows how projects can be efficiently implemented in collaboration with gardeners. Especially with high-quality gardens, the question often arises of how storage space can be integrated without disrupting the character of the design. This is exactly where modern garden sheds fit in as calm, architectural building blocks: colour-coordinated, clear in form and matching concrete surfaces, edging and the architecture of the house.
