For this new construction project in Graz, the garden shed was designed to fit the dimensions of an existing foundation slab exactly. This customised design ensures that the floor space is used optimally and that the building is flush with the prepared area. The precise manufacturing process creates clean transitions to the surrounding paving, which is particularly important for the overall effect of minimalist modern outdoor designs. Despite its compact integration, the model offers ample storage space for bicycles, lawnmowers and all pool equipment.
The garden shed echoes the design language and colour scheme of the modern house and acts as a design link in the garden. Unlike classic wooden houses, this solution is completely maintenance-free: the surfaces never need to be painted and can be easily cleaned of environmental dirt with a garden hose if necessary. Details such as the generous sliding door allow barrier-free access to bulky items, while the material itself remains colour-fast even in intense sunlight. This means that the high-quality appearance of the entire property is permanently preserved without any maintenance effort.
