In Deutsch-Wagram, this garden shed was designed and installed precisely on an existing solid concrete foundation. As the building has no floor of its own, the smoothed foundation slab acts directly as usable floor space inside. This construction method allows for a completely threshold-free transition and offers an enormous load capacity, which is particularly advantageous when storing heavy garden tools or workshop equipment. Precise anchoring directly onto the concrete creates a durable unit that meets the highest static requirements.
Due to its position directly next to the hedge and the narrow access path, the house was equipped with a smooth-running sliding door. As no swivel area is required in front of the building, the full movement area in the garden is retained. With its clean lines and light grey colour scheme, the design blends unobtrusively into the overall picture and at the same time serves as a modern privacy screen to the neighbour's boundary. The maintenance-free surfaces ensure that the building remains dimensionally stable even in exposed locations and never needs to be repainted.
