In this project in Wels, precise advance visualisation was at the heart of the process. While the reference still shows classic planning drawings, customers today receive a detailed 3D visualisation as early as the quotation phase. This technology allows the planned building to be viewed from all perspectives and the proportions to be accurately assessed in conjunction with the architecture of the residential building. This digital preview allows details such as the position of the sliding door or the colour effect of the façade to be perfectly coordinated before production is initiated. The result is a solution that exactly meets customer expectations.
An important aspect of the implementation in Wels was the coordination of the trades in terms of timing. The garden shed was deliberately assembled before the new turf was laid so as not to damage the fresh green area during the construction work. This forward planning ensures that the heavy logistics and assembly can be carried out on the raw ground without leaving any marks on the finished garden. The cubic building with its maintenance-free surfaces now functions as a valuable element in the newly designed outdoor area and offers generous space for garden furniture and equipment, which is easily accessible via the threshold-free sliding door.
