This project in Bad Homburg shows how crucial the exact positioning of a building in the garden is. The designer garden shed was placed in such a way that, despite its generous size, there is still a comfortable walkway to the rear of the property. To optimise everyday use, the large sliding door was planned on the narrow side of the house. This arrangement allows direct access from the front, which is particularly convenient when manoeuvring bicycles or bulky equipment. This makes efficient use of the available space without blocking the passageways.
This reference also documents the impressive durability of the materials used over a period of eight years. As technical perfection remains our top priority even after installation, proactive servicing was carried out last year. The two managing directors, Alfred Hart and Tim Oppitz, replaced the sliding door rollers during an on-site appointment to ensure the usual smooth operation for the next decades. This free replacement underlines our promise that a project at DESIGA does not end with delivery. It is the combination of durable architecture and personal service that guarantees the lasting value of our outdoor furniture.
