In large residential complexes and social institutions, every move counts in everyday life. This reference shows how a centrally located functional building facilitates the daily work of facility management. Thanks to its close proximity to the outdoor areas that need to be maintained, staff benefit from extremely short distances. Tools, cleaning equipment and care products are right there where they are needed. The generous sliding door also allows larger equipment to be moved in and out easily and without barriers, making daily work not only more efficient but also more ergonomic.
Whether in nurseries, nursing homes or hospitals – the first impression of a facility is crucial for the trust of residents, relatives and visitors. A tidy environment radiates professionalism and safety. Our weatherproof modules offer the ideal solution for storing necessary but visually distracting work equipment safely and discreetly. Thanks to the maintenance-free material properties, the high-quality appearance is retained for decades without the need for regular maintenance work such as painting. This makes the solution an economically sustainable investment for all public and social institutions that value the highest quality.
