In metropolitan areas such as Munich, living space is often designed to a high standard but limited in terms of floor space. This project in Unterschleißheim illustrates how a weatherproof tall cabinet for the balcony can help to keep things tidy without detracting from the aesthetics of the architecture. The two white cabinets chosen blend seamlessly with the façade and balcony railing in terms of colour. Thanks to this understated design, the furniture looks more like an integral part of the building than additional storage boxes, which creates a calm atmosphere, especially in compact outdoor areas.
In addition to enhancing the appearance, the two cabinet solutions offer significant practical benefits. The weatherproof tall cabinet for the balcony makes optimum use of the vertical space, creating storage space for cushions, garden utensils or tools that would otherwise be lacking in the open space. The contents remain dry and the cabinets themselves are resistant to changing weather conditions. As the material is low-maintenance and does not require regular painting, the balcony retains its well-kept appearance without any additional maintenance effort.
