In high-quality apartment buildings, storing bicycles and garden accessories often poses a design challenge. Simple off-the-shelf solutions would not meet the aesthetic standards of such a complex. This project impressively demonstrates how a functional building can blend harmoniously into the overall appearance of a prestigious residential building. Through the use of fine materials and a clear design language, the garden shed appears to be an integral part of the architecture and visually enhances the outdoor area of the entire complex.
The great advantage of this concept lies in the internal organisation of the space. Thanks to a sturdy partition wall, each party has its own enclosed area with individual access and its own key. Although the building appears to be a single unit from the outside, inside it offers two completely independent storage options for each party. This solution is ideal for apartment buildings, as it makes efficient use of the communal space while respecting the privacy of the residents. This creates an orderly and secure place for the property of several parties without detracting from the appearance of the outdoor area.
