In this project, a wide but shallow room module was designed to function as an oversized, threshold-free garden cabinet system. The use of a total of three sliding doors removes the conventional barrier of a garden shed. This arrangement makes it possible to open the left or right side specifically to access the stored equipment directly without losing valuable space for internal walkways. In addition, the building functions as a practical passageway that connects the garden to the street via a short route. This design proves that modern garden architecture can offer maximum barrier-free utility even with limited depth.
Beyond the central main building, the property has been complemented by additional perfectly coordinated elements to create an aesthetic and functional unit. At the rear of the property, an additional module in combination with a solid HPL wood storage unit ensures orderly structures. This ensemble is complemented by a colour-coordinated mowing robot garage, which stylishly houses the sensitive technology. The consistent use of maintenance-free materials and a uniform design language has resulted in a facility that meets all the requirements of modern outdoor storage – from firewood storage to a protected technical area for garden maintenance.
