This garden shed with a high roof load is located in the Landshut area and was designed as a spacious storage solution with convenient access. With a depth of 350 cm, the garden shed offers ample space for tools, machinery and accessories. Two sliding doors ensure that the garden shed is easily accessible from both sides and that the interior space can be used flexibly – without cramped walkways or awkward manoeuvring.
Structurally, the garden shed is designed to withstand a high roof load: the roof can bear up to 230 kg/m². This easily covers typical snow loads in many regions, even with a depth of 350 cm. At the same time, the high roof load opens up additional options for the future.
The garden shed’s roof can be greened or fitted with a suitable solar panel system without the need for structural modifications. Combined with the robust HPL cladding, this creates a garden shed with a high roof load capacity that not only offers storage space but is also technically well-prepared for requirements such as snow loads, green roofs or PV systems.
