Intelligent division: caretaker service and bicycle mobility under one roof

Communal living in apartment buildings is becoming increasingly popular. This raises a key question: how can limited space be used so efficiently that it not only serves a functional purpose, but also improves the quality of life for residents? Nobody wants to live in a dreary block of flats. Instead, it is high-quality outdoor solutions that enhance a property and create real added value for everyday life – not only in terms of function, but above all in terms of appearance. This project impressively demonstrates how thoughtful planning can combine different needs in a residential complex. The custom-built garden shed was divided into two specialised areas to meet the requirements of the management and residents:

• Efficient service area: All the caretaker's equipment is stored safely and discreetly in the smaller compartment on the left. This means that the equipment for maintaining the complex is always within easy reach without detracting from the appearance.
• Secure bicycle storage: The more spacious right-hand compartment offers residents a convenient and protected place to store their bicycles. In times of sustainable urban mobility, such a parking space is a decisive factor in the attractiveness of a residential unit.

Architectural added value instead of simple functional design

In this context, a garden shed is much more than just a storage room. With its clear design language and high-quality materials, it blends seamlessly into the modern architecture of the residential complex.
