Set amid unspoilt woodland, the architect's tool shed creates a fascinating contrast between organic nature and purist modernism. The design is based on the striking style of the existing villa, creating an architectural unity that visually enhances the entire property. Through the deliberate choice of clean lines, the building blends discreetly into its surroundings and creates an aesthetic connection between the forest backdrop and contemporary design.
A special feature of the technical implementation is the foundation planning: the construction was slightly raised to protect the façade from splashing water in the long term. This structural measure ensures that the high-quality appearance is permanently maintained, even in a wooded environment. Flush corner glazing breaks up the closed cubature of the building and gives the architect's tool shed an inviting lightness, while also providing natural light inside.
Behind the minimalist HPL façade is a perfectly organised storage space that is specially tailored to the functional needs of garden maintenance. The shed offers the ideal place to store leaf blowers, rakes and other equipment safely, dry and within easy reach at all times. Thanks to its weatherproof material, the tool shed remains completely maintenance-free for several years. Repainting or sanding the façade is never necessary, so the appearance is permanently preserved without any maintenance effort.
