In Munich, this project was implemented directly at the rear of the existing garage in order to transform an unused area into a valuable functional space. The modern garden shed impresses with its clear design language and striking corner glazing, which breaks up the solid appearance and provides natural light in the interior. An essential aspect of the planning was the alignment of the sliding door, which was precisely matched to the existing routing of the property. This allows convenient access and ensures short distances in everyday life, while the weatherproof construction enables permanent storage of garden accessories.
The true strength of this reference project is evident in the combination of a modern garden shed and the colour-coordinated bin storage unit. A direct comparison with the original situation – a simple exposed aggregate concrete enclosure – clearly shows how much a well-thought-out design concept can influence the appearance of a property. Replacing standard functional solutions with high-quality architectural objects creates a calm and discreetly enhanced overall appearance. The use of maintenance-free HPL guarantees that this aesthetic unity will be preserved for decades without any maintenance, thus representing a long-term investment in the quality of living.
