This narrow garden shed is located near Èze on the Côte d'Azur and was designed to fit the terrace layout. The aim was to create storage space without obstructing the passage to the rear. The foundation provides the framework, and the narrow garden shed makes full use of the available depth without blocking the walkway.
The sliding door was deliberately placed in the centre. This creates usable storage space on both sides and minimises the amount of space lost for walkways inside the narrow garden shed. Garden tools, cushions, accessories – everything has its place, while access to the rear remains convenient.
Visually, the narrow garden shed should be unobtrusive. It was therefore placed slightly to the rear so that it remains in the background and blends quietly into the terrace and garden design. The clear, minimalist form supports this understated appearance.
Made of HPL, the narrow garden shed is ideal for the sun-intensive Mediterranean climate. The surface is UV-resistant, colour-fast and designed for long-term outdoor use. This means that the narrow garden shed retains its appearance in the long term, even in strong sun and heat, without the need for regular painting or re-treatment.
