As contradictory as it may sound, wood does not need to be made of wood. Our weatherproof HPL decors effortlessly combine a rustic wood look with weather-resistant properties. How is this possible? By using high-resolution designs that can imitate all grains and surfaces, from rust to cement to wood. And they are so deceptively real that even we sometimes have to look twice. Imitating wood in particular has one very decisive advantage: it does not require the regular maintenance that real wood needs. Sanding, priming, varnishing, impregnating – and, if in doubt, clearing snow so that the wood does not start to rot in winter. Our durable, rainproof and UV-resistant HPL surface, on the other hand, does not have any of these problems. It does not need to be painted or maintained. It can therefore be left outdoors all year round without any problems – regardless of the look you want to achieve.
