This enclosure is designed to reliably protect outdoor equipment without "locking it away". Air conditioning units, heat pumps and similar technology are often exposed: directly on the wall of the house, in the garden or on a side where wind and weather are constantly at work. The air conditioning cladding keeps out rain and splashing water, reduces direct sunlight on the unit and reduces the surface area exposed to the wind. The added value is particularly evident in the event of hail: instead of exposed slats or housing parts, the technology is given a clearly defined protective space.
HPL originally comes from façade construction and is designed precisely for permanent weathering. This makes the cladding pleasantly uncomplicated in everyday use: no paint maintenance, no repainting, just keep it clean. At the same time, the function remains in view: the enclosure is implemented in such a way that the technology can continue to work effectively and does not appear "cluttered". The result is a calm, modern solution that organises the technical area and visibly enhances the environment – especially when the equipment would otherwise appear as an unsightly foreign object.
