This project demonstrates a particularly clever solution for adjacent properties: two identical units were placed directly on the shared property line as a modern, custom-built tool shed. This coordinated planning creates a calm and symmetrical overall appearance that visually enhances both outdoor areas. Instead of erecting two different temporary structures, the neighbours opted for a uniform architecture that makes use of the available space at the boundary with centimetre precision and generates maximum storage space for both parties.
The cubic design language and high-quality HPL surfaces blend seamlessly into the sophisticated environment of modern villa architecture.
