This project proves that even limited outdoor spaces such as balconies can benefit from intelligent storage solutions. A small cupboard for the balcony, designed as a sideboard, blends unobtrusively into the ambience thanks to its low height and purist, white appearance. It provides space exactly where it is most needed: right on the spot for cushions, watering cans or balcony utensils. The clear lines make the balcony appear immediately tidier and give it a more spacious feel.
The choice of high-quality high-pressure laminate (HPL) guarantees that the sideboard can withstand all weather conditions, even in exposed locations. Unlike conventional balcony furniture, this cabinet remains UV-resistant and colourfast for decades without ever needing a new coat of paint. Thanks to its robust construction, the contents remain dry and protected at all times, while the maintenance-free surface reduces care to a minimum. Utility and design thus merge into a durable unit that not only complements the balcony functionally, but also enhances it into a true oasis of well-being.
