The cladding is made from HPL (high-pressure laminate) by Trespa, with a weatherproof surface that requires no care or coating whatsoever. UV radiation, frost and driving rain leave the material unimpressed, and hail strikes the robust panel instead of the sensitive fins of the unit behind it. The calculated service life is around 50 years – the cladding ages no faster than the house it stands beside, and it never asks for a paintbrush along the way.

Made to measure comes as standard. Thanks to individual fabrication, the cladding adapts exactly to your appliance rather than forcing your appliance into a catalogue size. In this XXL project that meant taking the dimensions of the existing unit as the fixed starting point and building the enclosure around them, rather than trimming the technology to suit the cladding.
