The louvred front ensures optimum air circulation – which is crucial, as an air-source heat pump needs unobstructed airways to operate efficiently. The open rear ensures that technical functionality is not compromised; a recommended wall clearance of at least five centimetres guarantees smooth airflow. This keeps the heat pump operating at full capacity – just neatly packaged.

Weather-resistant and maintenance-free

The cladding is made from Trespa HPL (High-Pressure Laminate) – with a weather-resistant surface that requires no maintenance or painting whatsoever. UV radiation, frost and driving rain cannot damage the material; hail strikes the robust panel rather than the unit’s slats. It is designed to last around 50 years – the cladding will not age any faster than the house itself.
