Chairs, sun loungers, sun islands, deck chairs, benches, garden shells, outdoor lounges... the list of seating and reclining options, including all variations – especially for outdoor use – is long. And regardless of whether this outdoor furniture consists of "just" a few seat cushions or an entire outdoor upholstered suite, it all has to be stored somewhere.
The fundamental problem with storing cushions, pillows and covers can be divided into two aspects: space and moisture. When choosing the right seat covers, it quickly becomes clear that a certain thickness of padding is required for a comfortable seating experience. Damp seat cushions, wet covers, soggy pillows: especially when covered with plastic sheeting or tarpaulins, the damp night air can usually get into furniture and upholstery in many places, but cannot escape. Even more devastating is leaving covers and upholstery completely outdoors, because not only rain but also UV radiation causes significant damage within a short time.
Our garden box therefore offers UV protection, is weather-resistant and waterproof. The necessary air exchange takes place via barred inlets with integrated insect protection on the underside of the garden box, which are invisible to the eye and do not detract from our minimalist design in any way. Our garden box thus creates a dry environment for your cushions and upholstery.
Garden boxes made of aluminium, plastic or wood are widely used, but they also have their drawbacks: inadequate protection, sensitivity to moisture, maintenance requirements, susceptibility to heat or, due to insufficient material thickness, inadequate protection against hail and storms.
In comparison, our HPL garden box is so robust that you can even sit on it. It can withstand all weather conditions, is UV-resistant, maintenance-free, weatherproof, waterproof and heat-resistant. Approximately half of all our storage solutions are custom-made. As our garden boxes are often used as cushion boxes, pillow boxes or storage boxes for existing cushions, pads or garden utensils, many of our customers already know the required dimensions before purchasing. Planning and manufacturing a garden box to your desired dimensions is therefore a task with which we are very familiar.
You can take it literally that our products are excellent in quality and design, because we have it written in black and white.
